Job summary

Anderson Center For Autism Inc is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct person-centered applied behavior analysis services at the Anderson Center Clinic in Latham, NY. The successful candidate will collaborate with departments to address behavior-related issues and develop programs to support individuals in our care.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about Autism Spectrum Disorder and have experience working with autistic children. This position offers a pay rate of $23.00/hour and requires relevant education and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Completion of 40 hours of training required.
• NYS Fingerprint Clearance necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, evidence-based clinical services.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments.
• Collect and record individual behavior data.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers.
