Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress with supervision.
