Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one sessions guided by a BCBA. You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety and comfort. Comprehensive training is provided so you can contribute meaningfully from day one.

The role offers a pay range of $20–$24 per hour, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a supportive team environment.

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and comfort of clients during sessions.
• May be required to participate in onboarding and ongoing training.
