Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA, aiming to improve their skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

This position requires candidates who are patient, compassionate, and ready to embrace the challenges of working with children. A high school diploma or GED is required, and all candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under guidance of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
