Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized intervention plans and using evidence-based techniques to build essential skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. Physical activity is common, with lifting up to 50 pounds, and you’ll be part of a dedicated team making a meaningful impact daily.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
