Job summary

Centria Autism is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. You’ll work one-on-one, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans while using evidence-based techniques.

Candidates should have a passion for helping children, be patient and compassionate, and able to handle the physical aspects of the role, including lifting and moving children as needed. Join us to start your journey with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, lift, and carry children or objects.
