Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans, teaching communication and daily living skills with evidence-based methods and support a positive team environment.

We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within a structured program designed to help children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support skill mastery
• Collaborate with a BCBA and team to monitor progress
