Centria Autism Services is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting positive behavior.

The role requires compassion, teamwork, and the ability to help children reach their full potential. Training is provided; prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist in safety and mobility tasks; lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
