Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to pass a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification post-onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist children in reaching their full potential.
