Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism in home or community settings. This is hands-on experience in behavioral health, not babysitting.

We offer flexible hours, paid training, and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs to help you build real clinical skills and a strong resume for graduate studies and careers in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• You will receive ongoing supervision and mentorship from a BCBA.
• Learn and apply ABA science to support children on the spectrum.
• Build skills in behavior tracking and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with autism in home or community settings.
• Receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA who guides you and builds skills.
• Learn ABA concepts and apply them to develop communication and independence.
• Support children in developing social skills and daily living abilities.
• Track progress data and contribute to behavior plans.
