Balance Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to help children diagnosed with autism learn new skills through data-driven therapy. You will work directly with children, develop and execute treatment plans, and monitor progress as part of a collaborative team.

You must have a Bachelor’s degree or be able to obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks. Competitive benefits include 403(b) with employer match and student loan repayment.

• Bachelor’s degree or ability to obtain RBT Certification within 6 weeks of hire.
• You are expected to be passionate about people and autism and to engage with ongoing training.
