Job summary

Holding Hands is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings. You’ll support clients to grow, develop, and thrive under the guidance of BCBA and a collaborative clinical team.

No experience is required as full training is provided, including RBT certification support and exam reimbursement. This role offers flexible part-time schedules and comprehensive benefits.

• $23-$25/hour Direct Therapy rate
• $300 sign-on bonus
