Job summary

Holding Hands is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy across clinic, home, community, and school settings. You’ll support clients to grow, develop, and thrive under the guidance of BCBA colleagues and a collaborative clinical team.

No prior experience is required; we provide fully paid training and clear career progression from Behavior Technician to Mid-level to BCBA, with flexible part-time schedules and mileage reimbursement.
