Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. In this role you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped and empowered to help each child reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA guidance to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in onboarding and training to ensure program fidelity.
