Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in Arkansas and pass a background check.
- Previous RBT or behavioral health experience is a bonus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children in clinic, school, or home settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by experienced BCBAs.
- Support children in building communication, daily living, and social skills.
- Collect and track data on patient progress.
- Receive weekly supervision and ongoing mentorship from a BCBA.
