We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Specialist to work with individuals to observe in various settings, develop and implement a positive behavior support plan, and collaborate with families and the team. Responsibilities include completing FBAs, training staff and families on plan implementation, and handling data collection, progress reporting, and annual planning materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Autism/IDD.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA, or PA Behavior Specialist License.
• FBA training with Post Test Certification, or willingness to obtain during application.

Responsibilities

• Observe participants and collaborate with family and team to develop and revise a positive behavior support plan.
• Complete FBAs through functional assessments of presenting issues.
• Train staff, family members, and caretakers on behavior support plan implementation.
• Complete required data collection, progress reports, and planning materials.
