Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics in California seeks a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You may work at a child’s home, at one of our centers, or in the community, with a flexible, on-the-go schedule.

No prior experience required; CSD will train you and support you every step of the way. The role offers paid training, growth milestones, and a school-year calendar aligned to district schedules.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with your client.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
