Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support children with diverse learning needs. You’ll use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills, visiting homes, centers, or community sites with energy and compassion.

No prior experience required—CSD provides paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth, including tuition reimbursement and pathways to leadership as you help families thrive.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client.
