Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to provide direct behavior therapy services to children with autism. This role supports a multidisciplinary treatment team and emphasizes an inclusive work culture.

Ideal candidates have experience with children, particularly autism, and are either certified or willing to pursue certification as a Board-Certified Autism Technician. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Bachelor's degree in a human service field, or relevant experience.
• Currently a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain BCAT.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies as developed with BCBA.
• Fulfill all documentation requirements including data collection.

Skills

Experience working with children

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Electronic medical record systems

Microsoft Office products

Education
