Qualifications

• Experience with children and autism is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is acceptable.
• Must be willing to obtain BCAT credential within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior therapy services for children.
• Document treatment strategies and assist with assessments.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with children.

Skills

Experience working with children, preferably those with autism

Ability to navigate electronic medical record systems

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a human service field

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain BCAT
