Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Psychometrist to support the autism diagnostic services team. The Psychometrist will administer ADOS-2 and other autism assessments, work with families, and collaborate with psychologists to interpret results in Mosaic clinics in Raleigh and Piedmont.

Travel between clinics is required. The candidate will maintain detailed records, stay current with diagnostic updates, and participate in monthly supervision while managing a high-volume, fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in Psychology, School Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Social Work, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administering ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS 2 and other assessments to individuals of varying ages and developmental levels.
• Building and maintaining relationships with families to ensure a positive clinical experience.
• Scoring assessments according to protocols and writing clear, objective reports.
• Collaborating with clinicians and psychologists to interpret assessment results.
• Maintaining detailed records by uploading into Central Reach.
• Staying current with diagnostic protocols via ongoing trainings.
• Attending monthly supervision with psychologists and implementing feedback.
• Traveling between Raleigh and Piedmont clinics as needed.
