Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Psychometrist to support our autism diagnostic services team. You will administer ADOS-2 and other assessments across Mosaic clinics, working closely with psychologists to provide insights into each child's needs.

You will travel between Raleigh and Piedmont clinics, explain the assessment process to families, write up results clearly, and maintain detailed records in Central Reach. Join a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administering ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS 2 and other assessments to individuals of varying ages.
• Building and maintaining relationships with families to provide a supportive clinical experience.
• Scoring assessments per standardized protocols and writing clear, objective results.
• Collaborating with clinicians to interpret results through follow-up communication.
• Maintaining detailed records in Central Reach and staying updated on diagnostic protocols.

Education

Masters degree or higher in Psychology, School Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Social Work, Education, Special Education, or a related field
