Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to perform comprehensive ASD diagnostic evaluations for young children in Virginia. The role collaborates with the Director of Psychological Services to ensure high-quality clinical care and adherence to Mosaic Group policies.

Responsibilities include guiding families through the assessment process, administering ADOS-2 and related tools, supervising staff, producing robust reports, and contributing to ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with PhD or PsyD in Psychology or Education with ASD specialty.
• National Register Health Service Psychologist (HSP) credential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families to explain assessments and review histories.
• Administer and supervise diagnostic testing (ADOS-2).
• Conduct full diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder.
• Summarize assessment results and generate diagnostic reports.
• Provide clinical training to staff.
• Collaborate with directors to maintain high-quality services.
