Job summary

PHMC Center for Autism is seeking a Staff Psychologist to participate in interdisciplinary assessment, treatment, and consultation programs. You will complete evaluations for autism diagnoses to guide treatment or placement and collaborate with interagency teams to determine models and lengths of stay.

You will engage in specialized assessments for individuals from 1 to adult, attend team meetings, monitor progress, and ensure documentation and billing are up to date within compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Psy.D. in Clinical or School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid PA license to practice psychology.
• Specialized post‑doctoral training in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Experience administering and scoring standardized measures (e.g., ADOS-2).
• Familiarity with SCQ, SRS-2, Ages and Stages, BASC-3.
• Knowledge of neuropsychological assessment including language, learning, memory, and executive function.
• Knowledge of applied behavior techniques and functional behavior assessment.

Responsibilities

• Plan a treatment program for clients diagnosed with autism and determine ongoing needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments including diagnostic and treatment evaluations.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with related services.
• Consult with Early Intervention agencies and school districts for coordinated care.
• Maintain client charts and secure consent for records and releases.
• Complete and submit billing information for evaluations and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with Center for Autism policies and laws.
