Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to help children with autism develop communication, social, and independent skills. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy with children 18 months to 8 years, following tailored treatment plans and collecting data.

No prior experience is required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered. A Bachelor's degree is required, with Master’s degree considered for higher pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary; we provide paid training and fully cover RBT certification.
• Experience is a PLUS (not required): childcare, QMHP, behavioral health roles, paraprofessionals, and related degrees.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
