Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking individuals to join our ABA team to support children with Autism. This role offers part-time hours, training provided, and opportunities to apply psychology-related education in a hands-on setting.

No prior experience is required; training is provided and you’ll work closely with a clinical team to implement behavior interventions in clients’ homes or community sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassionate approach with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team on skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
