Roles start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours, ideal for students. Same Day Pay and advancement opportunities are offered as the ABA field grows and you gain experience working with children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a clinical team member implementing skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
