Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience required, as paid training is provided.

You will record session data, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and help foster independence and positive behavior in clients. Flexible, part-time hours and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
