heartlandbehavior in the United States is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in in-home and community settings. This part-time role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement within a thriving ABA team.

You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, collect data, and work closely with a clinical team and families to help clients reach goals. Training is provided and same-day pay is available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
