Job Description

The EASTCONN Bridges Community School, formerly known as the Autism Program, provides a regionally based, comprehensive, integrated service program for students with autism and other low-incidence disabilities in ages PreK-22.

We are recruiting for full‑time ABA Instructors to provide 1:1 support to children with autism and related disabilities. These positions will support professional staff working directly with students, both within our Autism program in Columbia and also to assist local public schools within the EASTCONN region.

Required Qualifications include:

  • Experience with children with autism spectrum disorders or significant behavioral needs and application of applied behavior analysis preferred.
  • B.A. degree with concentration in child development or related field.
  • Computer competency.
