myHHBS in Los Angeles is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Therapists for part-time roles to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across Los Angeles County.

The team emphasizes training, supervision and career mentorship; positions require availability 3 days per week, 3:00–7:30pm (Mon-Fri).

Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, with paid training, mileage reimbursement and opportunities for raises.

Qualifications

• Flexible afternoon/early evening schedule.
• RBT certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to work with children and adapt to ABA protocols.

Responsibilities

• Help implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on programs and record observations.
• Collaborate with families to monitor progress and provide support.
• Attend clinical team meetings and trainings.
