Stepforwardaba in Chicago is looking for a passionate Behavior Technician to join their dynamic team. You will work one-on-one with children with Autism, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques to foster independence and personal growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a National Criminal Background check.
• RBT Certification (preferred).
• Completion of RBT certification process within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using ABA techniques.
• Teaching skills to enhance communication.
• Implementing behavior plans and monitoring outcomes.
• Collecting data and maintaining accurate records.
• Communicating with behavior analysts and families.
