Step Forward ABA in Chicago is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will empower individuals with Autism to develop essential skills and thrive in a supportive environment, using evidence-based ABA techniques.

You'll have the chance to work closely with children, implementing behavior plans, monitoring progress, and adapting strategies as necessary. We offer a competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, along with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• RBT Certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation for travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using ABA techniques.
• Implement behavior plans and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with families.
