Qualifications

• Ability to pass a National Criminal Background check.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must complete RBT certification process within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Implement and facilitate behavior plans and monitor outcomes.
• Collect data and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with behavior analysts, families, and peers.
