Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc. is seeking an Authorization Coordinator to join our team.

You will process and coordinate authorizations for PAS/PHC services, communicate with insurers and state agencies, and ensure timely approvals while maintaining accurate records. We value bilingual professionals fluent in English and Spanish who can provide excellent customer service and support to patients and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Healthcare, PAS/PHC, or authorization experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
