AllHealth Network is seeking a detail-oriented Unit Coordinator to support daily operations of our crisis and recovery center. This role provides essential administrative and clerical support to clinical services, helping ensure individuals receive timely access to care and that the unit runs smoothly.

Role responsibilities include coordinating registrations, insurance verifications, treatment authorizations, maintaining unit census, and assisting with Medicaid applications and discharge

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field or BSN/RN preferred.
• Clinical license such as LPC or LCSW, and/or case management certification, preferred.
• At least two years of experience in inpatient utilization management, behavioral health, care coordination, and/or case management for high-risk populations.
• Experience working with commercial and public payer sources preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with medical records, insurance verification, billing criteria, electronic health records, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and database programs.

$75,000 - $83,000 annually

AllHealth Network also provides a 10% compensation differential for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish (language proficiency testing required).
