Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in a customer service role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel or Access.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify authorizations and orders for Members in a timely manner.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve authorization issues and discrepancies.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, faxes, and emails.
• Coordinate with Providers and Members on authorization requests.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding services and issues.
