Boyd Gaming Corporation in Missouri seeks an An Pho Specialty Cook to craft authentic pho and Vietnamese specialties to our culinary standards. You will follow established recipes, coordinate orders, and maintain a clean, sanitary station.

The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory, ensure timely service, and uphold health and safety regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Formación

• Expertise in Vietnamese cuisine or pho preparation.
• Ability to execute recipes with precision and maintain culinary standards.
• Strong inventory management to monitor stock and par levels.
• Commitment to sanitary work environments and health regulations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple orders in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and prepare food orders for specialty Vietnamese cuisine according to memorized standard recipes and established culinary procedures
• Coordinate and manage order fulfillment to ensure timely pick-up and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and storage areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement effective waste management practices through proper food rotation, storage protocols, and portion control
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels at assigned station, ordering stock as needed to sustain operational pars
• Consistently adhere to all established safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment and quality food preparation
