ZOE is expanding into Australia and seeks a Marketing & Communications Lead to own the market entry end-to-end. You will collaborate with global teams while establishing local growth, PR, and partnerships, delivering credible science-backed messaging to Australian audiences.

You will work autonomously on the ground in Australia, coordinating with UK/US colleagues and reporting to the GM of International Growth. This is a remote-first role with regional collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years launching or scaling a consumer brand in Australia.
• Hands-on operator who did the work themselves in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven ability to pitch stories and land national Australian coverage.
• Able to work asynchronously across UK and US time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own the Australian market entry end-to-end (roughly 75% of time).
• Lead local go-to-market growth, partnerships and PR; brief central UK/US teams.
• Stand up and run the Australian press office end to end: build media lists, pitch stories, engage journalists.
• Share insights and playbooks with UK/US teams; support executives and spokespeople for Australian media.
