Terradyne Engineering, Inc. seeks a geotechnical driller to perform subsurface investigations by drilling soil and rock samples for analysis in engineering and construction projects.

The role requires outdoor work, strong safety focus, reliable teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; experience is preferred, but we provide safety training and growth opportunities. We offer competitive pay and benefits and value community involvement.

Formación

• 1+ years geotechnical drilling experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive trucks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain drill and other equipment.
• Setting up drills at job sites.
• Operate drill as well as vehicle.
• Site investigations.
• Producing logs, records, rig inspections, and vehicle inspections.
• Reporting issues to the supervisor/manager.
• Any other task requested by the supervisor/manager.

Job Summary

As a geotechnical driller, you will be drilling to conduct subsurface investigations to gather soil and rock samples for analysis in engineering and construction projects.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain drill and other equipment
• Setting up drills at job sites
• Operating drill as well as vehicle
• Site investigations
• Producing logs, records, rig inspections, and vehicle inspections
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor/manager
• Any other task requested by the supervisor/ manager

Job Skills & Requirements

• Love and enjoy working outdoors.
• Great communication skills.
• 1+ years of geotechnical drilling experience
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Always adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Must be a self-starter, reliable, and come with a good and humble attitude
• Attention to detail.
• Possess time management and organizational skills
• Clean MVR, background, and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license.
• Construction experience (Preferred, not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
