Job summary

Oil Changers Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Regional Manager of Repair and Quick Lube with 5+ years in automotive repair and multi-unit management to lead location managers, coach staff, and ensure service excellence company-wide.

You will design strategies, monitor metrics, recruit and develop teams, and maintain compliance with policies and safety standards. The position is full-time in person with a salary of $75,000 to $100,000 annually plus bonuses and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair and management experience.
• Experience managing multiple chain facilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain insurability.
• Must maintain a reliable vehicle for daily store-to-store travel in the Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic and financial plans to maximize profitability.
• Monitor operating statistics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop location managers and staff to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, and retain a diverse team; ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate between locations and corporate leadership for effective communication.
• Maintain a high-quality service environment and manage customer expectations.
• Develop marketing opportunities and execute programs to grow business.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and warranty procedures.
• Schedule technicians and manage daily repair workloads according to skill level.
• Oversee training, inventory control, and fleet lead account processes.
