Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale IT or business transformation projects in a structured environment.
• PMBOK/ PMI-guided project management experience and familiarity with Agile/Hybrid approaches.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong risk management, issue tracking, and change control capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira or similar tools.
• Experience ensuring compliance with governance, policies, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and risk management.
• Define objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units for project activities.
• Monitor performance, track milestones, and escalate risks/issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage scope changes via formal change control while adhering to governance standards.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procurement requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and administrative records.
• Lead project closure including final reporting and lessons learned.
