Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a certified FNP or PA to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive needs, conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health visits, and collaborate with both in-person and virtual teammates.

The role requires Texas state licensure by start date and 2 years of outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year plus a fellowship/urgent care).

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), plus 1 year in urgent care or 1 year in primary care fellowship.
• State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
