You will counsel employers on compliance and personnel matters, defend clients in disputes and litigation, and draft policies, agreements, and investigation reports. Texas bar license and strong research/writing skills are essential.

Formación

• Employer-side employment law experience preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and Texas bar admission.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Sound judgment and client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel public and private employers on employment law compliance and personnel matters.
• Defend clients in employment disputes, agency charges, and litigation.
