Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in dental office management.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, patient management software, and insurance processing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations including scheduling and patient flow.
• Main point of contact for HR within the office.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Communicate with patients via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Present treatment plans.
• Optimize schedule.
• Verify insurance, arrange financing, and process payment.
• Follow up with patients.
• Relay patient concerns to the clinical team.
• Represent the office at patient education dinners, community events, and meetings with allied health professionals, etc.
• Interact with the central team and other Office Managers in person and over Slack.
