Job summary

Faceplant Creative is looking for a curious, organized creative who loves social media and knows how to turn a good idea into content people want to watch, read and share. You’ll work closely with our Content Director, supporting creative development across our clients and taking the lead on select smaller accounts.

You’ll help develop ideas for videos, graphics, carousels and other social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social content across multiple platforms.
• Ability to turn ideas into clear briefs with hooks and scripts.
• Strong writing and visual design sense.
• Based in or willing to be in the Austin area for local shoots.

Responsibilities

• Support the Content Director with research and brainstorming.
• Lead ideation for smaller accounts with feedback from the Content Director.
• Develop ideas for short-form videos, static graphics and carousels.
• Find trends and adapt them to client audiences and platforms.
• Turn concepts into briefs with hooks, scripts and shot lists.
• Attend on-location shoots in Austin and help capture content.
• Create content including filming, editing and simple graphics.
• Collaborate with the team to carry ideas through production.
• Incorporate feedback and learnings into next ideas.
