Job summary

The Project Manager provides construction management services for the Auraria Campus, managing all phases of small to medium-sized projects ($5,000-$10,000,000) including renovations, new construction, and facility repairs across three partner institutions in downtown Denver. The position oversees project planning, budgeting, contractor management, procurement, and on-site inspections while maintaining schedules and quality standards.

Key qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field from an accredited university
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in engineering, architecture, or project management
• Valid unencumbered Colorado driver's license at time of application
• Must be a Colorado state resident
• Experience managing construction or facilities projects
• Proficiency in project management software (preferred)
