Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across campus. You will define scope, manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal partners to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

This role oversees multiple projects from development through closeout, with autonomy on day-to-day delivery under senior leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.
• 3 years of construction project management experience including alteration, modification, or remodeling of institutional or commercial buildings.
• Experience with project delivery methods and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope with campus clients and review proposed improvements.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management, building occupants, and internal partners.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and budgets.
• Lead bidding, contract administration, and construction oversight.
• Provide updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
