Physical Therapy By Phoenix is seeking an outpatient physical therapist for our Augusta, KS location. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs emphasizing functional improvement and long-term wellness in a patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities include one-on-one interventions, documentation, and collaboration with clinic staff. Sign-on bonus and/or student loan reimbursement are available to support new team members.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s PT degree and active state license.
• Licensed in the state where practicing.
• Clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Document evaluations, goals, progress, and sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plan for outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and expectations.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff.
• Ensure informed consent and communicate benefits/risks.
• Discharge patients and provide referrals as needed.
