Physical Therapy By Phoenix is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Augusta, KS. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long-term wellness in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000

Qualifications:

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
• Current and active state Physical Therapy license
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and use of physical agents as appropriate
• Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
• Ensure informed consent and clearly communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives
• Discharge patients when goals are achieved and provide recommendations or referrals as needed
